RETURN POLICY
We want all of our Seventeen Threads besties to love what they purchase! In the event your purchase doesn't work out, we offer refunds to original method of payment or store credit when initiating and returning your order within 7 days of receiving your order. We are unable to process returns initiated after 7 days of receiving your order. Returns to original method of payment are subject to a $7 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fee is waived for orders returned for store credit.
We are happy to assist with all sizing and styling questions to ensure an exceptional shopping experience!
Return shipping costs are deducted from your store credit. Seventeen Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase via receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, and not washed, dry-cleaned, steamed, or ironed. All Seventeen Threads tags must be attached. Items marked Final Sale or Sample Sale are not eligible for returns or store credit. Returns are not accepted for gift cards, items without Seventeen Threads tags, items that are washed, dry-cleaned, steamed, ironed, etc., items that are worn and/or have remnants of deodorant, odor, stains, etc., swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, opened cards, hair accessories, sleep accessories, and items that are marked Final Sale or Sample Sale. We reserve the right to refuse an item for return if any of the return requirements are not met.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed back to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
